The difference between the rated voltage and operating voltage of silicone rubber heaters
When it comes to rated voltage and working voltage, many people do not quite understand these two concepts. The livestock water tank heater specifically refers to a water tank heating system used in animal husbandry. The heating element of a 3D printer is stacked layer by layer to create a 3D model. 1. Rated voltage
The voltage of the silicone rubber heater refers to the voltage specified during design and marked on the shell of the silicone rubber heater. Or, in other words, the rated voltage is the voltage that the customer requires us to provide during processing and production. Generally, it is 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, etc.
2. Working voltage
When a single silicone rubber heater is connected to a power supply, the working voltage of the silicone rubber heater refers to the voltage connected to the components specified in the design, that is, the rated voltage.
For a group of silicone rubber heaters connected in series to the power supply, the working voltage of the silicone rubber heater refers to the voltage specified in the design that is connected to this group of heating tubes.
If customers cannot distinguish between rated voltage and working voltage, two situations may occur during use: one is that the silicone rubber heater does not generate heat, and the other is that the heating tube temperature is very high. So before applying silicone rubber heaters, it is important to understand the difference between these two voltages.
