Which heater material is better? This is a question our customers often ask.

This is also a question that cannot be answered directly. We know the material of the heater.

Mainly divided into stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 321, stainless steel 310s, stainless steel 316, Yinglai material, etc.

Each material has its characteristics, so only by choosing the right material can it be considered a good electric heater material.

The heater material is mainly selected based on the following aspects:

1. Working temperature
The working temperature is around 200-300 degrees, and it is made of stainless steel 304.
The working temperature is around 400-500 degrees, and it is made of stainless steel 321.
The working temperature is around 600-700 degrees, and it is made of stainless steel 310S.
The working temperature is around 800-900 degrees, and it is made of Yinglai material.

2. Heating medium
Tap water: made of stainless steel 304;
Oil: made of stainless steel 304 or iron.

3. Is it corrosive?
Heating weak acid and weak alkaline liquid: made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L.
Heating strong acid and strong alkaline liquids: Reference - Liquid heater selection table (stainless steel 316 + electrostatic anti-corrosion coating, generally any acid and alkaline liquid can withstand it, the power per meter is generally set to about 2KW, slightly larger is also acceptable .)
