The influence of pressure on the welding efficiency of ultrasonic welding machines

If the pressure value is too high, it will cause the energy of vibration to be improperly applied, resulting in excessive friction, weakened frictional motion between welded parts, and even affecting the amplitude. The ultimate result is a reduction in the connection area between welded parts and a decrease in the strength of the welded joints.
Therefore, selecting an appropriate pressure value can achieve the ideal effect of ultrasonic welding. Just like the selection of amplitude, the higher the air pressure value, the shorter the welding time required during the welding process, and it can also ensure that the strength of the welding point remains unchanged. Therefore, in the actual operation of the ultrasonic welding machine, we hope that everyone can choose a higher pressure value. When welding some relatively small workpieces or plastic parts with high precision requirements, the pressure value can be slightly lower.
