There are two major impacts on vacuum pump water inflow: airflow issues, refrigeration, and vacuum issues, which mainly involve airflow direction, airflow channels, system refrigeration, related temperature, pressure, vacuum configuration, and control processes. These aspects do not independently affect vacuum pump water inflow, but should actually affect each other. The air flow problem affects the water inflow of the vacuum pump, which is mainly manifested in the uneven frost on the surface of the condenser (water catcher) coil, the different thickness of the single coil, and even the part of the coil is free of frost. Simulation analysis should be conducted based on these two starting and ending points to simulate the organizational distribution of the air flow from beginning to end, On the premise of satisfying the evaporation area and uniform distribution of refrigerant, that is, matching the cooling capacity of the system, matching the cooling distribution, including a larger ice capture capacity, and a larger sublimation speed of different products, a reasonable coil calculation and arrangement are conducted. The spatial layout of the coils, the number of coils, the length of a single group or piece (considering the evaporation path of Freon), and the surface area of the coils should be comprehensively calculated.
