The manufacturing process of flat welding flanges. The production process is divided into pure forging, flat welding and butt welding flange artificial wool forging (the next step), flat welding flange steel plate, centrifugal casting and casting flange. The manufacturing process of flat-welded flanges is mainly introduced above. Flat-welded flanges are easier to align in the welding assembly of flat-welded flanges, and they are also inexpensive and have been widely used.The flat welding flange is connected with the pipeline by inserting the pipeline into the flange hole to the proper position. Flat welding flanges are also called flat plates, or lap welding flanges. The flat welding flange is suitable for low pressure, low pressure fluctuation, oscillation and vibration piping system.

The clamp section is convex, and root grooves are added on both sides of the clamp, and sealant is injected to compress the root of the clamp. The width of the clamp covers the outer circumference of the necked flange, and the circumferential length of the clamp should cover at least a small sector (the space between the two bolts) on both sides of the leakage point. The clamp is fixed on the bolt with a ring on the neck flange bolt, and each small fan shall not be less than one spray hole. Inject the sealant according to the "intermediate operation method" to eliminate leakage.

Therefore, the leak repair of the necked flange must be orderly and appropriate, and it is necessary to use third-party tools, such as local fixtures.

The reason for adopting this method is that after eliminating the leakage point of the flange, it is easy to deal with the leakage of other parts. Fixing fixtures should be installed, and baffles should be added on both sides of the leakage point to prevent the injected sealant from leaking from the local sealed chamber. The baffle is fixed with bolts and inserted into the bolts. The upper part of the baffle is inserted into the groove of the fixture and pressed with bolts. The lower part reaches the flange protrusion and gasket. The width is equal to the flange gap. After adjusting the gap, inject the sealant according to the "intermediate operation" to eliminate leakage.
