It can also be divided into two types: hexagonal head facing up and downward.
Usage: Widely used for heating various liquid materials, capable of withstanding pressure ≥ 0.8Mpa.

1. When heating air, the components should be arranged in a cross and uniform manner to provide good heat dissipation conditions for the components and allow the flowing air to be fully heated.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture.
3. The lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring section for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when tightening the wiring screws.
4. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet of the electric heating tube should be protected from pollutants and moisture infiltration in the use site to prevent leakage accidents.
