The problem of pipeline anti-freezing in winter can be solved by electric heat tracing
Leave a message
Due to the relatively low temperature in winter, the medium temperature will decrease due to heat loss in the process of phosphoric acid pipeline transportation. If the pipeline transportation time is longer, the heat loss will be faster. This temperature is applicable to the gradual solidification of phosphoric acid medium, which will lead to pipe blockage and can not be transported normally. Therefore, it is necessary to use thermal insulation methods such as electric heating belt to isolate and freeze the phosphoric acid process pipeline, and keep the phosphoric acid in a flowing liquid state to solve the problem of pipeline antifreeze in winter.
After the heating belt is energized, the heat loss of the pipeline shall be compensated to ensure the normal output of the pipeline. Because phosphoric acid is an industrial product and is located in chemical sites, it is necessary to select explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant electrical insulation products. In addition, the phosphoric acid process pipeline is long, and the temperature maintained by phosphoric acid is also high, so the constant power heating belt in series can be selected. The series constant power electric heating belt is applicable to the case where the circuit length exceeds the upper limit of the parallel constant power electric heating belt. The circuit with a single power point can be up to kilometers long, especially suitable for heat insulation and tracing of long-distance pipelines.
The series constant power heater is an electric heating product with the core wire as the heating body, that is, the joule heat is generated by the current core wire passing through the core wire with a certain anode. Because the resistance per unit length of the core wire and the current passing through the core wire are equal in the whole length, and the heating capacity is equal everywhere. Therefore, it is mainly applicable to the insulation and heat tracing of long-distance pipelines, and uses a power supply point for power supply. It can be used in general and explosion-proof occasions, Class I and II, Zone 2.
