In practical consumption, annealing technology is widely used. Depending on the purpose of annealing the workpiece, there are various processes for annealing treatment, including complete annealing, spheroidization annealing, and stress relief annealing. The use of annealing furnace: This furnace series industrial furnace is widely used in various industries such as casting, metallurgy, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, light industry, and power. It can be used for various metal workpieces such as high chromium and high manganese steel castings, gray cast iron parts, rollers, bearings, steel balls, lining plates, etc. to stop different annealing heat treatment processes, and is manufactured into a square or circular furnace body structure. The workpiece can be heated by electric heating, fuel or gas heating, and then heated to the required annealing temperature in a natural or maintenance atmosphere. After a period of insulation, the workpiece can be cooled naturally or at a controlled speed.

The main factors that affect the operation of the system include the temperature system of the furnace, the type of fuel, the preheating method of air and gas, the type of heated metal, the loading and discharging method of the metal, the selection of automatic control system, the material selection of the furnace body, etc. The furnace temperature of the renovated annealing furnace is divided into three zones, where the workpiece is pushed into the heating zone of the furnace by the pusher, and there are four burners arranged in staggered rows on both sides of the wall. NCC system equipment mainly includes high level water tank, water distributor, fog cooling area cooling nozzle, fast cooling area, main cooling area, high density header in fine adjustment area, gas supply pipeline, side spray installation, front and rear air purging installation, steel structure support, etc. The local composition of the system: cooling water is supplied from the high level water tank and its pipeline (or pressurized installation) to the high density header and spray cooler in NCC installation. After the steel plate is cooled, The cooling water accumulates in the return ditch and then flows back to the water treatment system. After the water treatment system stops filtering and cooling, it is supplied to the high-level water tank, forming a circuit.
