The neatly arranged workpieces are gently lifted and placed on the flat surface of the trolley, and the trolley is driven into the tempering furnace. Note that when all the workpieces enter the furnace, the furnace door is lowered. At this time, the control cabinet can be started for heating. The maximum size of the workpiece placed should be smaller than the corresponding size of the furnace, and its width and height should be 300mm smaller than the size. The length can be increased by 200mm. Strict measures should be taken for ultra wide, ultra high, and ultra high dimensions Overloading furnace loading.
3. Heat up and record the processing parameters in the 708P number display table, and set several control parameters based on the furnace loading. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment over temperature.
4. Lift the workpiece off the trolley at a fast speed and accelerate the trolley into the furnace. Lower the furnace door to avoid excessive temperature reduction and the invasion of cold air, which may affect the service life of the furnace and reduce the heating time of the furnace door, wires and other components on the door.
2, Maintenance system for trolley annealing furnace
1. The steel wire rope and rope clamps should be checked regularly for any breakage or looseness.
2. The bearings used for lifting the furnace door on the equipment are lubricated every 6 months, and the resistance inside the furnace is cleaned every 20 furnaces to remove foreign objects and oxide scales that fall on the resistance band.
3. The reducer and chain should be regularly inspected, lubricated, and kept in normal condition.
4. Remove dust from the control cabinet every week and keep the interior clean.
3, Maintenance regulations for trolley annealing furnace:
1. Implement the policy of combining maintenance and planned repairs, ensuring timely troubleshooting of any malfunctions, and ensuring that the equipment is in good condition.
2. The operator shall inspect the equipment before each furnace operation, report any faults or hidden dangers to the workshop in a timely manner, cooperate with the maintenance worker for maintenance and handling, and ensure that it is in good condition before operation.
3. The maintenance worker shall complete the maintenance plan issued by the superior on time and with quality, promptly handle various hidden dangers of the equipment, regularly and timely complete rectification projects, and achieve normal production in this room.
4. The maintenance electrician is responsible for the distribution facilities and transformer equipment, conducting regular inspections, and promptly addressing any issues found.
