When the deformation area of the annealing furnace shell is hot or there are cracks spreading, the tube furnace uses gas cutting to cut off the metal surface with cracks, and repairs a piece at the cut. Coal repair method can be used, and the repair piece should be flush with the base metal without overlapping parts.
