The structure and basic working principle of silicone rubber heaters and the eight development characteristics of bearing heaters
The silicone rubber heater consists of a dry self cooling power frequency induction heating device (referred to as the host) and control equipment. The livestock water tank heater specifically refers to a water tank heating system used in animal husbandry. Silicone rubber heating belt is a particularly soft heating belt composed of nickel chromium alloy wire and insulation material. Its design has high power density, fast heating, high thermal efficiency, and long service life. In addition to being used for heat tracing and insulation in general constant power bands, it can also be used in places that require heating in some cases. The silicone rubber heater is mainly composed of nickel chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation layer. The high-temperature insulation layer of silicone rubber is a thin sheet (with a standard thickness of 1.5mm) composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, and the silicone rubber heater has good flexibility.
The working principle of the heater:
1. Short circuit heating: The host is a special transformer structure that can be disassembled to directly wear bearings or other heating working components. During operation, the main power supply is turned on, and the short-circuit current induced in the working section (equivalent to side wind) is heated.
Place the yoke on the end face of the main engine core.
Check if the plug and socket connections are consistent, the grounding should be good, and then insert the control switch into the power socket.
4. Turn the function selection switch to the manual position, turn on the power, and the red indicator light will light up.
5. Press the start button, the host will be powered on, and the green traffic indicator light of the enterprise will light up and the red light will turn off; Press the stop work button, the red light will turn on and the green light will turn off. Alright, the debugging process is over and funds can be invested.
Operating procedure:
1. Select the corresponding yoke iron according to the inner diameter of the bearing (see Table 2), and place the bearing yoke iron on the series sleeve on the end face of the main engine core.
2. During the heating process, a point thermometer is used to measure the temperature rise in the end plane of the bearing inner ring. When the temperature rises to meet the requirements, check the time count, stop heating, remove the iron, and then assemble the bearing.
III. Continuously heat bearings of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power after heating for the set time.
After completing the work, move the function selection switch to the stop position and cut off the position.
