The use and maintenance of cast aluminum electric heaters

Cast aluminum electric heater is an electric heater formed by die casting, using tubular electric heating elements as the heating element and high-quality casting materials as the outer shell. Its operating temperature is generally between 150 and 450. It can be widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. Cast aluminum heaters have advantages such as long service life, good insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and resistance to magnetic fields. It is made of metal alloys with excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring a uniform hot surface temperature and eliminating hot and cold spots in the equipment. It has advantages such as long service life, good insulation performance, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. The external heat dissipation surface is equipped with insulation devices, while the internal heat dissipation surface is sintered with infrared radiation, saving 35% electricity.

Usage and Maintenance:

Firstly, check if the power supply voltage at the place of use is consistent with the rated voltage of this product. If different, it should be equipped with a power supply voltage that is the same as the rated voltage of this product.

To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the casing of electrical equipment.

When the electric heater product is used for more than three months, it should be dried using an intermittent power supply under allowable conditions. After heating for ten minutes, the power should be cut off for half an hour. The humidity inside the electric heater element should be continuously released three to four times.

During storage, the electric heater should be protected from moisture and corrosion. It should be stored in a well ventilated place.

Instructions for use:

1) The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value;

2) The wiring part is placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer. The casing should be effectively grounded;

3) It should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1 due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven of around 200 for 5-6 hours before returning to normal.
