Regarding the operation of a fully automatic terminal machine, the operator must first understand some basic characteristics of the machine. Correct use can ensure production efficiency while effectively ensuring its lifespan.

1. Turn on the power switch of the fully automatic terminal machine, and the power indicator light will be on.

2. Pay attention to whether there are obvious abnormal noises inside and outside the machine. If there is a pause in operation, please ask the maintenance personnel to determine whether maintenance is needed.

3. Knife selection and installation: Operated by designated personnel. Before installation, a manual comparison must be made to ensure that the selected blade is compatible. Only after the comparison is correct can the blade be installed. After installation, a hand shake test must be used. First, turn off the power of the fully automatic terminal machine, press the adjustment button, and use a dedicated board to manually rotate the main and driven wheels to maximize the stamping stroke of the terminal pressing machine. If the hand shake does not move, consider whether there is excessive pressure or other problems, and check and adjust to OK. Before starting the homework, it is necessary to check each locking screw and confirm that there is no looseness.

4. Loading: Install the terminal machine that needs to be punched, use an internal hexagonal wrench to adjust the feeding pressure plate, so that the fully automatic terminal machine can easily pass through. Visually check whether the feeding position is suitable. If not, adjust it. Use an internal hexagonal wrench to loosen the locking screw of the feeder, turn the adjustment screw to adjust it until it is in the best state, then lock the locking screw of the feeder and start the operation.

5. Testing tensile strength: After adjusting the machine to OK, take the waste wire and test it for tensile strength. The main reference values are shown in the "Tensile Strength Test Comparison Table". The specific operation method is as follows: press the tensile strength test reset key to reset to zero, clamp the terminal wire to be tested, and conduct the test. If the measured tensile strength is not within the standard range, please ask the machine maintenance personnel to readjust it until it reaches the standard value.

6. Trial production of 10PCS will be sent to IPQC for first piece confirmation. Only after passing the inspection can batch production proceed. During the production process, the operator must self check whether the terminals are coated with glue, hanging neck or other defects, and conduct a terminal machine tensile test every hour.

7. After production is completed, sort out the good and defective products, and clean the environmental hygiene around the fully automatic terminal machine.
