Three-stage screw of extruder of melt-blown cloth machine

There are three physical states of plastic in the extruder-glass state, high elastic state and viscous flow state. Each state has different requirements on the screw structure.

In order to meet the requirements of different states, the screw of the extruder is usually divided into three sections:

Feeding section L1 (also known as solid conveying section)

Melting section L2 (called compression section)

Homogenizing section L3 (called weighing section)
