The main hazards of single-ended electric heating are:

If the heating temperature requirement is not too high, such as daily water for people's daily use, the water temperature should be kept within 50 degrees, so it is difficult to produce scale.

2. Develop a good habit of use. When heating the liquid, do not let the heating area separate from the liquid to reduce the formation of scale; when the heating method is completed, do not rush to use it next time. The power should be turned off for a period of time without heating the liquid, and the surface of the heating tube should be dried for a long time to reduce the formation of scale.

3. Scale is easy to form in the heating environment. If scale is easy to scale, you can develop the habit of regular maintenance and clean the scale regularly according to actual use. When manual cleaning is not possible, magnesium rods can be added to the container to reduce scale accumulation. Large diameter high quality quartz heating tubes can also be used for heating.
