When a lithium battery heater malfunctions during operation, it should be quickly inspected, analyzed, and dealt with, otherwise the medium temperature and catalyst activity will affect the quality of the polymerization product. Let me briefly explain some common troubleshooting methods.
Troubleshooting method:
1) Use a multimeter to measure whether the main circuit power supply is normal and check if the power supply is working properly.
2) Open the voltage regulation module, check if the module circuit board is working properly, replace the voltage regulation module and replace the fuse.
3) Use a multimeter to test whether the relay coil has DC power supply in the DC voltage range. If there is no electricity, it indicates that the emergency stop normally closed point has not been closed. Notify the instrument to cooperate with the inspection.
4) When the fault alarm relay is activated, the fault alarm light will light up, and we also have a sound alarm. If the temperature is too high, the instrument can control the overheating alarm. The lithium battery heater should be stopped in time until the temperature continues to decrease before use and further inspection of relevant enterprise equipment should be carried out. If the internal network fault alarm of the voltage regulation module is usually caused by the burning of electronic components, it should be replaced with spare parts of the same model as soon as possible to ensure safe production and daily needs. If the medium temperature measurement device malfunctions and alarms, the actual temperature probe on site should be replaced according to the inspection.
5) When the voltage regulation module does not receive the internal control system signal, a specialized clamp ammeter should be used to measure the working current through the signal for analysis and measurement technology, or any larger wire should be removed from the voltage regulation module. The multimeter should be connected in series between the current range to see if there is a current signal sent. If we do not have it, notify the instrument management personnel to cooperate with the inspection.
6) Use a shaker to remove the three-phase power supply from the body of the lithium-ion battery heater to measure whether the internal insulation resistance of the lithium-ion battery heater is normal, and use an instrument to measure whether the internal resistance value of the lithium-ion battery heater is balanced.
