Troubleshooting of urea filling machine for vehicles

1. The filling volume of the filling machine is incorrect: when filling large liquid, the filling tank is not full, resulting in unstable liquid level. The filling speed can be reduced by increasing the filling volume or re-closing the ball valve above the filling head and resetting the filling machine time (increasing the filling time).
After adjusting the digital dial or unit of the vehicle urea filling machine, the time remains unchanged. At this time, turn off the power supply and reconnect it.
3. The liquid level is stable and the filling volume is not accurate: the channel is blocked by impurities, mainly at the feeding port or filling port. Check and clean.
Leakage after closing the filling machine: the filling nozzle and nozzle are damaged and can be disassembled for maintenance. The orifice diameter shall not be greater than 7.5mm. After repairing the hole diameter, lightly grind the hole surface on terrazzo paper. The filler ball valve is damaged and needs to be replaced.
5. If the switch is not filled with liquid, the digital indicator of the time relay does not flash: If the fuel injection switch is damaged or the base of the time relay is loose, replace the same type of filling switch or press the base of the time relay.
6. When the vehicle urea filling machine equipment contacts the filling switch, the digital LED indicator of the time relay flashes: first check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low, such as whether the air pressure meets the requirements (4-6 kg/cm); The solenoid valve coil may be damaged or the pneumatic valve element may be stuck by dust. You can unplug the power supply, open the circuit board, rotate with an object or press the corresponding solenoid coil button next to it. If the valve can change direction, observe. Indicates that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If it is irreversible and the valve core is stuck, the solenoid valve coil can be replaced or the valve can be disassembled for maintenance (pneumatic or pneumatic personnel can disassemble or inspect).
