Type E Thermocouple Wiring

Thermocouples, thermal resistors and other primary instruments, and the detachable thermocouples produced adopt IEC standards. At the same time, the series and model spectrum of the thermocouple unified plan of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry are adopted.

Industrial detachable thermocouples are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic conditioners as transmitters for measuring temperature. It can directly measure the nominal temperature of liquids, steam and gaseous media and solids in the range of 0℃ to 1800℃ in various production processes.

E-type thermocouple wiring, if the thermocouple wiring is correct, the displayed temperature is correct. If the wiring is incorrect, it will have the opposite effect. Thermocouples must measure the temperature during the temperature measurement process of the material in order to effectively control the entire process. Especially in special places, the degree of the measured temperature is very high. In these areas, the temperature measurement is usually achieved by thermocouple sensors. Thermocouples themselves have the advantages of economy and small measurement deviation.

Thermocouple wiring has positive and negative poles. The process is: there is a calibration under the wiring board: +, -, but some manufacturers do not distinguish between positive and negative poles, so technical personnel need to judge based on experience

First, use color to distinguish, green is positive, gray is negative

Second, use a surface meter to measure

Third, check the temperature trend after wiring

Fourth, if it is a magnet, you can also use a magnet to judge

Five, the supplementary wire also needs to be correctly wired, and there is also a distinction between positive and negative poles
