**Composition and Characteristics:** Mineral-based heat transfer oil is obtained from petroleum through fractionation and refining processes, and its main component is a mixture of hydrocarbons. It exhibits good thermal stability, maintaining stable performance within a typical industrial temperature range (maximum operating temperature is usually 250℃ - 300℃). Its relatively low price and high cost-effectiveness make it widely used in mold temperature controller applications where temperature requirements are not particularly stringent.

**Application Scenarios:** Suitable for processes in industries such as plastic injection molding and rubber processing, where mold temperatures are generally between 150℃ and 250℃. For example, in the injection molding process of ordinary plastic products, mineral-based heat transfer oil can meet heat transfer requirements, ensuring uniform mold temperature and stable molding quality of plastic products.

**Composition and Characteristics:** Primarily composed of alkylbenzene, it possesses high thermal stability and oxidation resistance. Its maximum operating temperature can reach approximately 320℃. It exhibits good low-temperature fluidity and maintains good heat transfer performance over a wide temperature range. Furthermore, its low freezing point allows for normal startup of mold temperature controllers even in cold environments, reducing equipment preheating time. **Application Scenarios:** Commonly used in processes requiring high temperature control precision, such as injection molding of electronic components and precision mold forming. In electronic component injection molding, alkylbenzene-based heat transfer oils ensure precise mold temperature control, meeting the stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy and performance of electronic components.

**Composition and Characteristics:** Made from terphenyl through a hydrogenation process, it possesses excellent thermal stability, with a maximum operating temperature of 340℃-350℃. It has strong oxidation resistance, a long service life, and can operate stably at high temperatures for extended periods, reducing the frequency of heat transfer oil replacement. Furthermore, its high flash point ensures good safety, reducing the risk of fire during use.

**Application Scenarios:** Suitable for high-temperature compression molding, high-temperature extrusion, and other processes, such as the compression molding of high-performance composite materials. Hydrogenated terphenyl-based heat transfer oils can provide stable heat to the mold at high temperatures, ensuring the molding quality and performance of the composite material.

**Composition and Characteristics:** Based on organosilicon compounds, it has extremely low vapor pressure and is not easily volatile even at high temperatures, effectively reducing heat transfer oil loss. It has a wide operating temperature range, functioning between -60℃ and 350℃, and combines excellent low-temperature fluidity with high-temperature stability. Furthermore, the silicone-based thermal oil has low corrosiveness to equipment, extending the lifespan of the mold temperature controller.

Applications: Particularly suitable for industries requiring extremely high temperature uniformity, such as optical lens injection molding and medical device injection molding. In optical lens injection molding, the silicone-based thermal oil ensures consistent temperature across all parts of the mold, preventing lens defects and guaranteeing optical performance.
