Under what circumstances will the heating time of a single-head pipe become longer?

In what cases will the heating time of the electric heating tube be longer and the heating speed be slower

During the use of civil and industrial electric heating tubes, people often have doubts about the heating time of the heating tube. Why does the electric heating tube have the problem of slow heating? Most people think that the electric heating tube is damaged or the quality of the electric heating tube is problematic. In fact, there are many reasons why the electric heating tube heats slowly. The following introduces them one by one:

1. The external power supply background will also affect the heating rate. The electric heating tubes corresponding to the voltage backgrounds of 220V and 380V are also different. The power supply voltage is insufficient due to peak power consumption or other reasons, which will make the heating tube work under low power and the heating rate will also decrease. Therefore, under long-term high temperature conditions, slowing down is a normal phenomenon. You can take a regular rest and health care method to not only ensure the heating rate but also extend the service life.

2. Changes in the heating background. Whether it is heating liquid or dry burning, the starting temperature of heating must be considered when designing the electric heating tube. Because the heating background cannot be completely consistent, the heating time will become longer or shorter with the change of the starting temperature.

3. In addition, long-term uninterrupted use will also slow down the heating of the electric heating pipe, because the heating principle of most heating pipes is that the internal resistance wire heats up and then transfers heat. Under long-term high temperature conditions, the resistance value of the resistance wire will increase, resulting in slower heating.

4. Generally, the difference in heating time is proportional to the power of the electric heating pipe. The greater the power, the shorter the heating time. Therefore, before using the electric heating pipe, you should choose a suitable power.

5. When heating water, due to water quality problems, rust is easy to form on the surface of the heating pipe. A large amount of rust will reduce the heating rate of the heating pipe. Therefore, when heating water, if the electric heating pipe is found to heat slowly after a period of use, the problem of rust should be considered first. Therefore, considering the heating time, when designing the electric heating pipe, the power should be considered as the largest to ensure the heating rate.
