In the use of civil and industrial silicone rubber heaters, there is often a problem of long heating time for the heating tube. The silicone rubber heater is mainly composed of nickel chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation layer. The high-temperature insulation layer of silicone rubber is a thin sheet (with a standard thickness of 1.5mm) composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, and the silicone rubber heater has good flexibility. Therefore, in the case of hot water supply, if it is found that the heating of the silicone rubber heater is slow after a period of time, scaling should be considered first.
Generally speaking, the heating time is directly proportional to the power of the silicone rubber heater. The higher the power, the shorter the heating time. Therefore, a suitable power source should be selected before using a silicone rubber heater.

When designing a silicone rubber heater, consideration should be given to changes in the heating environment, whether it is heating the liquid or dry burning, because the heating environment cannot be completely uniform, so the heating time will increase or decrease with changes in the starting temperature. Therefore, when designing silicone rubber heaters, heating time should be considered, and the power should be appropriately high to ensure heating efficiency.

Therefore, under long-term high temperature conditions, slowing down is a normal social phenomenon for oneself.
