Handle type thermocouples can measure the temperature of liquids and gases. The thermocouple has a wide range of applications, is not limited by the shape of the object surface, has a lightweight appearance, and is easy to carry. Due to its small diameter, bendability, shock resistance, fast thermal response time, and high reliability, this product can be used in conjunction with a digital display instrument to directly measure and display the temperature of various media within the range of 0-1200 ℃ in different production processes. It is widely used in industrial sectors and enterprises such as metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, rubber, plastics, ceramics, grain storage, etc.
1. What is the precise measurement principle of thermocouples?
The principle of the handle type thermocouple in operation is based on the Seeback effect, which means that two different components of electrical conductors are combined on both sides to form a control circuit. If the temperature of the two connection ends is different, it will cause a physical change in the thermoelectric flow rate in the control circuit.
A thermocouple consists of two different power transmission lines (thermoelectric stage), one end of which is welded to each other, producing the precise measurement end (also known as the working end) of the thermocouple. Insert it into the substance at the measured temperature; And the other end of the thermocouple (control end or random end) is connected to the digital display instrument. If there is a temperature difference between the precise measuring end of the thermocouple and the reference end, the digital display instrument will emphasize the thermal induced electromotive force caused by the thermocouple.
