WRe526 tungsten rhenium thermocouple has the characteristics of high melting point (3300 ℃), low vapor pressure, high mechanical strength, good pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high sensitivity, high electromotive force, and good chemical stability in non oxidizing atmosphere. According to the different ratios of tungsten rhenium elements, tungsten rhenium thermocouple wires can be divided into WRe3/25 and WRe5/26 models.

Thermocouples are commonly used temperature detection components in industry, which directly measure temperature and convert the temperature signal into a thermoelectric potential signal, which is then converted into the temperature of the measured medium through electrical instruments. Basic principle:

Welding two different materials of conductors or semiconductors A and B together to form a closed circuit, when there is a temperature difference between the two attachment points 1 and 2 of conductors A and B, an electromotive force is generated between them, thus forming a current of a certain magnitude in the circuit. This phenomenon is called thermoelectric effect. Thermocouples work by utilizing this effect.

The temperature measurement range of this product is 0-1800 ℃, widely used in metallurgy, coking, chemical kilns, heat treatment, glass and other industries. It has the advantages of high accuracy, low price, stable performance, and is not limited by the working environment and atmosphere. It is an ideal product to replace platinum rhodium thermocouples.
