Unsealed gaps in the hearth of the tube furnace will reduce the durability of the hearth

The splicing of the furnace hearth of the tube furnace is very particular and technical. Generally, it is required that the blocks are interlocked and staggered with each other, and there is a sealing layer similar to the steps to avoid non-sealing joints in the furnace. The construction methods for the joints include overlapping occlusion, rounded corners, step maze, etc.
The furnace will shrink linearly under high temperature conditions. At this time, gaps are likely to occur. The rounded corners have high requirements for construction and are difficult to install. Therefore, step maze and rounded corners are generally used for mixed laying to reduce construction difficulty and ensure sealing.
The use of carbon cable structural steel to make the fixing parts installed in the middle of the fiber blanket can save a lot of heat-resistant steel. Compared with the layer-laying method, the lay-up method has higher surface strength, better wind erosion resistance, stronger adhesion of the coating material, and less tendency of fiber shrinkage. The stacking method is not as convenient as the layering method. The thermal conductivity is about 20% larger than that of the layering method. The thickness of the furnace lining should be increased, so the operating temperature can be 50℃~100℃ higher than that of the layering method.
