It is a device to raise the temperature of material by the heat produced by the thermal effect of electric current. Many electric heating plates are attached with rotating magnets to make the magnetic stirrer rotate, so as to make the solution stir evenly. Therefore, it is also called electromagnetic heating stirrer.
