(1) . Adjustment of shrinkage machine temperature:
The power of PE shrinking machine is generally about 20-40KW, and the setting temperature is also relatively high, generally about 180 ° - 220 °. The setting is also different according to the thickness of materials, the speed of conveying products, the size of air volume, and the temperature. If the products are not resistant to high temperature, low temperature can be used, and thin shrink film can be used. If the shrinkage film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased, and the power of the shrinking machine needs to be larger. As the speed of conveying products increases, the temperature increases accordingly, and vice versa, the temperature decreases as the air volume increases, and vice versa. The power of POF and PVC shrinking machine is generally 5-20KW, and the temperature is generally set at 140 - ° 160 °, which is basically the same as that of PE shrinking machine
(2) Belt speed adjustment:
Most conveying manufacturers will use frequency converter and electronic governor to control the speed. If the product is long, the speed must be slow, and the delivery of the shrinking machine should be long, generally adjusted to 20 m/min-60 m/min. If the product has very high requirements for the shrinkage effect, it is recommended to use a longer shrinking machine and use low temperature slow delivery to meet the shrinkage effect. Select the model with high power. If the temperature setting is high, the conveying speed needs to be accelerated, otherwise, it will slow down. When the air volume is small, the conveying speed slows down, and vice versa.
(3) Adjustment of air flow:
The air volume is generally adjusted by frequency conversion to control the rotational speed of the motor. However, many shrinkage machines do not have this function. The powerful one is the adjustment of wind direction, which can effectively blow the hot air to the position where the product needs to be shrunk. The size of the air volume also has a great impact on the shrinkage effect. If the air volume is too large, the shrinkage film will be heated instantaneously, and the expansion will easily lead to the bursting after contraction and affect the shrinkage effect. If the air volume is too small and the inner membrane does not shrink well for a short time, fish scale lines will appear on the surface. The air volume is also related to the size and angle of the wind wheel. The higher the temperature, the smaller the air volume, the higher the speed, and the smaller the air volume.
