1. The operator of the vacuum electroplating machine should be neatly dressed, the cuffs should be fastened (wearing cuffs), the hem of the shirt should not be opened, and slippers and high heels should not be worn;

 

2. Check whether the control switches of the circuit can be opened and closed normally, and the voltage indication is 380±20V;

 

3. Check whether the connection of each screw is firm, whether the connection wire of the electric control cabinet and the host is loose, and whether the grounding is good; the switches of all electrical appliances are in the zero or "off" position;

 

4. Check whether the latch of the stainless steel baffle in the coating machine is firm, and whether the corners are bent or warped;

 

5. Check whether the water pressure and air pressure are normal; whether there is leakage of water, oil and gas;

 

6. When the water is stopped in the middle of the equipment, the diffusion pump, rough pump and Roots pump should be turned off immediately to keep the maintenance pump running;

 

7. When the gas is stopped in the middle of the equipment, the diffusion pump, roughing pump and Roots pump should be turned off immediately to keep the maintenance pump running;

 

8. When the equipment is powered off in the middle, the main power supply should be turned off immediately, and then the diffusion pump, rough pump and maintenance pump should be turned off;

 

9. When the diffusion pump is heated, avoid body contact with the diffusion pump heating furnace to avoid burns;

 

10. When the workpiece is rotating, all operations are prohibited; the upper and lower drum operations can only be performed after the workpiece has completely stopped rotating;

 

11. After the electroplating operation is completed, when the door needs to be opened, the operator should hold the handle, slowly open the door, and insert the latch into the fixing hole;

 

12. The operators of the vacuum electroplating machine must operate in strict accordance with the equipment operation instructions and safety operation regulations, pay attention to the safety of the equipment itself and the operation of the equipment, and pay special attention to the inspection and use of safety devices.
