The tetrafluoroethylene heating tube is a new type of electric heater with strong corrosion resistance. It is used for heating and anticorrosive heating pipes of various corrosive liquids. It has excellent aging resistance and good winding performance, and adopts low surface load design. The connector adopts totally enclosed anti-corrosion acid-base, non heating section and overheating safety protection system, which are completely customized according to the customer's requirements. It ensures that the heater is not easy to burn, has a long service life, is fully sealed, does not corrode and does not leak electricity safely and reliably. Applicable temperature is below 110C. The anticorrosive heating pipe has excellent corrosion resistance: F4 is a chemical inert material, which can work in all media except Fluorine, molten alkali metal, chlorine trifluoride, uranium hexafluoride and Perfluoroethane under high temperature. Such as: all kinds of strong acids and bases, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, naphthalene, benzene,,, aqua regia, chlorine, toluene, various organic solvents, etc.

 

L-shaped PTFE heating pipe:

1. The PTFE electric heater adopts the high-quality stainless steel electric heating tube inner core, and the outer PTFE tube (PTFE) has strong corrosion resistance, which is suitable for all kinds of corrosive liquid heating. 2. The electric heater adopts low surface power design (1.5w/cm2) to ensure the service life of the product. 3. Attention shall be paid to the installation position of the electric heater to prevent the solid in the solution from depositing on the surface of the electric heater, or if the liquid is too pure or too low, the iron fluorine (PTFE) will be burned due to poor surface heat dissipation. 4. The size of electric heater shall not be arbitrarily reduced, and the surface area shall not be reduced, otherwise the surface power of electric heater will be too large, which will affect the service life of electric heater. 5. All electric heaters can be equipped with over temperature protection or PT-100 temperature sensing probe to ensure the product service life and complete equipment. 6. The connector adopts totally enclosed anti acid and alkali, non heating section and overheating safety protection system, which are completely customized according to the customer's requirements.

Features:
