Thin film degassing is a degassing method with the most ideal degassing effect widely used in casting equipment. It lifts the material to the degassing umbrella through the screw lifting device, and flows down from the umbrella surface to the surrounding. At this time, the material forms an extremely thin material layer on the umbrella surface. The gas in the material will form bubbles on the umbrella surface and escape into the vacuum tank, and be pumped out of the tank by the vacuum pump. Due to the filler mixed in the material, the viscosity will increase and the fluidity will become poor. The gas mixed in the material is difficult to be filtered out in a short time, and a small amount of gas and water will dissolve into the material, so it must be Long-term stirring and degassing are carried out in the range of 60 to 65 °C. In general, degassing must be continued for at least 24 hours, so as to remove as much moisture and gas from the material as possible.

Problems in the batching process of vacuum heat treatment equipment

 

 

The problem with this process is that when the temperature is low in winter, the viscosity of the material will become very high or even not flowable at all when batching. At this point, the container can be heated. When heating, care must be taken to proceed evenly and slowly. Otherwise, the material above has not been melted, and the material at the bottom will be damaged due to high temperature deterioration, or even burn, resulting in losses.

This process is divided into the batching of epoxy resin and the batching of curing agent. Two-component epoxy resin material, composed of epoxy resin CY225 and curing agent HY227. The batching process is to inhale a certain amount of epoxy resin or curing agent (both in the form of mucus and need to be heated in winter) into a batching tank, which is a low-vacuum, premixing tank. When heated to 60°C with stirring, its fluidity reaches the best state, add filler (usually silicon micropowder) with a ratio of 1:1.5, stir and degas. When the mixed material is stirred evenly, there is no large amount of foam and the temperature reaches 60-65 °C, the material can be sent to the epoxy resin or curing agent degassing tank for film degassing. This process is about 2.5~3h, and the vacuum degree is 0.1~0.12kPa. The curing agent compounding process is exactly the same as the epoxy resin compounding process.
