The calibration principle of an integrated temperature transmitter is to use a millivolt signal generator to simulate a thermocouple and generate millivolt signals corresponding to different temperature values as input signals for the transmitter; By using a precision resistance box to generate resistance signals corresponding to different temperature values as input signals for the transmitter, and adjusting the response potentiometer, the zero point and range of the transmitter can be adjusted and the accuracy can be verified.

Precautions for calibration of integrated temperature transmitter:

1. Pay attention to polarity when wiring, and start tuning after preheating for 15 minutes when powered on.

2. During calibration, input signals at a slow speed to ensure no overshoot occurs.

3. Do not apply too much force when adjusting the potentiometer to prevent it from being twisted.

4. Before calibration, prepare a calibration record sheet and check the temperature/millivolt comparison table or thermal resistance temperature/resistance comparison table of the thermocouple at each calibration point. Retrieve the required data and fill it into the prepared data record sheet.01
