Electric heating tubes are tubular heating elements widely used in industrial electric heating, auxiliary heating, and insulation applications. They are primarily made of stainless steel. Stainless steel heating tubes heat faster than fuel and can effectively reduce environmental pollution. The element structure consists of a stainless steel shell (domestic or imported), a resistance wire automatically formed by a wire winding machine as the heating element, a thermally conductive insulating layer made of high-temperature oxidized aluminum powder, a lead-out rod, insulating sealing materials, and accessories, all precision-machined.
The operating principle of electric heating tubes is that when current flows through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated is transferred through the modified oxidized aluminum powder to the surface of the stainless steel tube, and then to the heated object. This advanced structure not only provides high thermal efficiency, rapid heating, and uniform heat generation, but also ensures safe and reliable operation, as the surface insulation remains electrically neutral when the product is powered on.
Electric heating tubes can be divided into the following categories according to the heating medium:
1. Air heating: Air heating can also be divided into exposed air dry burning and mold electric heating tubes
a. Types of air dry burning electric heating tubes
(1) Tubular air dry burning electric heating tubes: used in air dry burning environments such as ovens and drying rooms.
(2) Finned air dry burning electric heating tubes: heat sinks are installed on the surface of the heating tube to achieve good thermal efficiency.
b. Mold electric heating tubes: holes are opened on the mold and inserted into the dry burning electric heating tubes
2. Liquid heating:
a. Threaded single-head heating tubes: can be used on small-volume containers such as small oil tanks, automobile oil tanks, and diesel engines.
b. Threaded threaded electric heating tubes: small water tanks, boilers, and other containers with a power of less than 15KW.
c. Flat flange heating tubes: flat flange electric heating tubes used on larger equipment such as large boilers, hot water tanks, and thermal oil circuits.
d. U-shaped electric heating tubes: Deep fryers, sterilizers, and rice steamers use U-shaped electric heating tubes.
