Water tank electric heaters with knob temperature control utilize a conventional threaded flange heater with a knob-type thermostat installed. Since knob-type thermostats are typically 16A or 20A, adjustable temperature-controlled heaters typically operate below 10kW. Heaters above 10kW can be controlled using a control cabinet. Adjustable temperature-controlled heaters typically control temperatures between 30°C and 110°C. The thread diameter and the stainless steel sleeve on the flange are typically fixed.
It is important to note that design and customization requirements require that threaded flange heaters are typically used in liquid heating environments. Before custom design, customers must provide the specific composition of the heated liquid and the ideal installation method so we can determine the cooling zone for the threaded flange heater. They must also provide the specific operating pressure so we can select the appropriate tube diameter, wall thickness, and flange thickness.

2. Tube Diameter: Common diameters are: 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm
3. Thread Size: 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 2-inch; Thread Type: G-thread and R-thread
4. Typically, one, two, or three U-shaped tubes are welded to a hexagonal thread using TIG welding.
5. Tube Shell Material: Main materials include 10# carbon steel, SUS304, SUS321, SUS316L, SUS310S (commonly known as 2520), and titanium tubes.
6. Tube Shell Sheath: Metal tube shells can be coated with anti-corrosion or anti-fouling coatings to effectively enhance corrosion and fouling resistance.
7. Tube Shell Sheathing Process: Liquid spraying and electrostatic powder coating are available. Electrostatic powder-coated heater tubes directly address many of the issues with Teflon-sheathed heater tubes, offering a complete and superior replacement.
8. Thread Material: SUS201, SUS304, SUS316L, titanium, etc.
9. Junction Box: Standard fiberglass housing or stainless steel housing
10. Optional adjustable temperature control with a temperature control range of 30-110°C and a temperature accuracy of 5°C.
11. Heating Wire Material: Typically, iron-chromium-aluminum wire (Beijing Shougang) or nickel-chromium wire (commonly available in H140 and 2080 resistance wire). The choice depends on the customer's operating environment (temperature and vibration).
