What are the common faults of electric heaters? How to prevent them?

During the use of electric heaters, if there is a short circuit in the internal system, it will not be possible to ensure the normal use of the equipment if it is not eliminated in time. In serious cases, it will cause damage to the internal system, thus causing serious losses to users and enterprises. Therefore, internal faults should be avoided as much as possible during use. If they unfortunately occur, effective measures should be taken in time to solve them.

Generally speaking, the AC power supply inside the heater is mainly controlled by the contacts of the temperature control instrument. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the contacts of the control instrument are connected, and the temperature will rise; when the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the contacts will be disconnected and the temperature will drop, ensuring that the heater works within a certain temperature range.

If the heater burns out, the staff will not be able to determine whether it is a normal power outage after the temperature rises or a power outage caused by a fault. According to the thermal inertia of the equipment, the internal temperature of the heater needs to be delayed for a period of time before it can drop. When the operator finds that the product is unqualified, he knows that there is a fault, which has already caused waste and seriously affected the product quality.

In response to the common faults mentioned above, it is recommended that the heater should be equipped with a short-circuit detection device, so that when the heater loses power, the device can reasonably detect the cause and make more correct response measures to reduce unnecessary losses for users.
