After eliminating these reasons, determine whether there is a fault in the circulation fan, causing poor circulation of hot air circulation and abnormal discharge of humid and hot air. Secondly, based on the analysis of the fault phenomenon and the circuit principle of the oven, the oven can be heated, indicating that the output signal of the GCD-23A intelligent computer temperature controller is normal, and the input and output signals of the PLC are also normal. The control system achieves satisfactory control results. Restore the normal PID parameter settings. Secondly, check whether the circulation fan operates normally and whether the steering direction is correct. If the fan reverses or the fan load is too large and the rotation speed is too slow, it will affect the blockage of the hot air circulation. When the fan is reversed, the power supply of the fan can be switched between any two phases; When the fan speed is too slow, it should be checked from two aspects: (1) Whether the electrical power supply voltage is normal, and whether there is a lack of phase or open circuit in the winding.
(2) Whether there are mechanical failures such as bore cleaning, vibration, overheating, damage of bearings, looseness of fan blades, and wiping of box shells. It can be ruled out according to specific situations. Detect whether the solid-state relay and heater are partially open again. Solid State Relay (SOLIDSTATERELAYS), abbreviated as' SSR ', is a new type of contactless switching device composed entirely of solid state electronic components. It utilizes the switching characteristics of electronic components (such as switching triodes, bidirectional thyristor, and other semiconductor devices) to achieve the purpose of making and breaking circuits without contact or spark, so it is also known as a' contactless switch '. SSR successfully realizes the control of weak signals (Vsr) over strong currents (output load voltage). The 380V power supply is out of phase due to the virtual connection or partial open circuit of the SSR after conduction, and the heater cannot be fully heated. The solution is to repair or replace the solid-state relay. The partial open circuit of the heater will also prevent the heating from working fully, resulting in an excessively slow heating process. Repair or replace the heater. Completely handle the fault problem. Close the air switch of the circulating oven and run the program according to the operating instructions of the oven. After 2.5 hours of heating, the oven reaches the set temperature, and the time relay starts timing. The oven enters the intermittent heating and sterilization stage. After holding for 1 hour, the oven starts to cool down, and after 2.3 hours, the entire drying and sterilization cycle program ends, fully meeting the technical and process parameter requirements provided by the oven.
