The air heater body is composed of several tubular electric heating elements, shells, protective covers, bases, and other components. The air heater is a tubular electric heating element made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire, stainless steel tube as a protective sleeve, and crystalline magnesium oxide filler, which is formed through pressing process. It has characteristics such as good mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The air heater housing is equipped with a guide baffle to evenly heat the air during circulation. The working principle of the control cabinet is to use an intelligent digital temperature controller, high-power thyristor, and thermistor to form a measurement, adjustment, and control circuit. Convert the outlet temperature of the heater into a mA signal using a thermal resistor, send it to an intelligent digital temperature controller for amplification and comparison, and then display the corresponding temperature value. When the displayed value is higher than the set value, the thyristor does not conduct. When the displayed value is lower than the set value, the intelligent digital temperature controller triggers the conduction of the thyristor. When the displayed value is close to the set value (i.e. close to the set value), the intelligent digital temperature controller changes according to the P, I, and D laws, making the control cabinet have good control accuracy and regulation performance. The intelligent digital temperature controller automatically changes the trigger pulse number of the thyristor based on the mA signal emitted by the thermistor, which controls the conduction angle of the thyristor per unit time, adjusts the voltage, controls the heating power of the heating element, ensures energy conservation and constant temperature, avoids current impact, and prolongs the service life. When the equipment suddenly stops and restarts, the control cabinet can automatically and smoothly adjust.
