(1) Multiple series power supplies, for a group of electric heating tubes or tubes connected in series to the power supply, the working voltage of the electric heating tubes refers to the voltage specified in the design when connected to this group of electric heating tubes.
(2) For a single connected power supply, for a single connected electric heating tube, the working voltage of the electric heating tube refers to the voltage specified in the design to be connected to the component, that is, the rated voltage.
Note: This involves the issue of whether multiple electric heating tubes are connected in series or in parallel. So when judging the voltage, if multiple electric heating tubes need to be connected, it is necessary to consider whether they are connected in series or in parallel to determine the voltage of a single electric heating tube.
The impact of voltage on power:
When the power of the electric heating tube is determined, if the voltage is less than the designed voltage, it will lead to a decrease in power and a decrease in heating efficiency; If the voltage is greater than the design voltage, it will lead to an increase in power, a high load, and the possibility of internal heating wire melting or even breakdown of the heating tube.
