1. This machine is managed by a dedicated person and cannot be operated by others without authorization.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning machines are used for secondary cleaning of parts. Uncleaned parts must not be cleaned in this machine.
3. Cleaning scope of this machine: engine cylinder, cylinder head, crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod, piston, air compressor, and other engine components, bearings, steering gears, transmission shafts, and gear reducer gears.
Two Operation Methods of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
1. Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the cleaning tank, and the liquid level shall be subject to the immersion side vibration box.
2. Turn off the power switch on the rear panel of the control cabinet, start the electric heating switch, and point the white scale on the water temperature adjustment knob to the appropriate temperature. Generally, in summer, 50 ℃ - 55 ℃, and in winter, 60 ℃ - 65 ℃. The temperature of the cleaning fluid during use should not exceed 70 ° C.
3. First, rinse the cleaning agent with warm water in a bucket, stir evenly to fully dissolve it, and add it to the water tank when the temperature of the cleaning tank rises to about 40 ℃. Dilute 1-2% of the detergent with water (approximately 5-9 kg of detergent).
4. Put the parts into the net basket and gently place them in the washing tank to evenly distribute them. Before starting the machine, the cleaning parts should reach more than 60% of the cleaning tank to avoid squealing and damage to the power supply.
5. After the water temperature reaches the predetermined value, start cleaning. Turn the power knobs on the bottom and side of the ultrasonic wave clockwise to a larger value, and press the ultrasonic start button to start cleaning. To stop cleaning, directly press the ultrasonic stop button.
6. Timing cleaning: First set the cleaning time and turn on the timing switch. Then turn the two power knobs clockwise to a larger value. Press the ultrasonic start button to start cleaning. When the timing time expires, the ultrasonic power supply will automatically turn off.
7. After cleaning, turn off the ultrasonic power supply, take out the cleaned parts, blow out the residual cleaning liquid in each channel with compressed air, and wipe the surface dry.
8. If the liquid level of the cleaning tank is excessively contaminated with oil, the overflow device should be opened to remove it to prevent secondary contamination of the cleaned workpiece.
