What are the precautions for using air duct electric heaters?
Leave a message
When using this air electric heater, the following precautions should be taken:
(1) Although there is a thermal protector on this type of air electric heater, its function is to automatically cut off the power supply in case of an accident, but this function is limited to situations where there is wind in the air duct. Therefore, in other cases, we still need to pay attention to avoiding accidents that may cause damage to the heater.
(2) Before heating, the relevant components of the air duct electric heater should be checked to ensure that they are in a normal and usable state. For the power supply of the electric heater, its voltage should be equal to the voltage of the electric heater and provided separately.
(3) The connection between the electric heater and the control circuit should be ensured to be correct before the electric heater can be put into use.
(4) Before using the air electric heater, all wiring terminals should be checked for tightness. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened and grounded to ensure the safe operation of the electric heater.
(5) At the inlet of the electric heater, a filter screen should be installed to prevent foreign objects from entering the electric heating tube, causing damage to the tube and affecting the service life of the electric heater. In addition, the filter screen should also be cleaned regularly.
(6) When installing the terminal, there should be a space distance of no less than 1m, which can facilitate maintenance and repair.
