What are the selection samples for compensating wires and cables used in thermocouples?

When customers purchase thermocouple compensation wires produced by our company, they need to know the environmental temperature and on-site mining conditions of the thermocouple compensation wires. They should choose the appropriate compensation wire sheath based on the on-site environmental temperature. Generally, when the environmental temperature is between -25 and 105 ℃, they should choose polytetrafluoroethylene sheath. When the environmental temperature is between -60 and 205 ℃, they should choose polytetrafluoroethylene sheath as the compensation wire sheath. When the environmental temperature is between -60 and 260 ℃, they should choose polytetrafluoroethylene sheath as the thermocouple compensation wire sheath. So when choosing, it is important to pay attention to the on-site mining situation. Thermocouple compensation wires and cables are mainly used in various temperature measurement devices and have been widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power.

The compensation wire models are classified according to the product variety as follows: SC,KC,KX,EX,JX,TX.
Among them: a) The model * letter corresponds to the scale mark of the thermocouple;
b) The letter "X" represents an extended compensating wire (type)
c) The letter "C" represents a compensating wire (type)
Note: SC type compensating wires can be equipped with R-type index thermocouples.
