What are the specifications of thermocouples for salt bath furnaces
Leave a message
Salt bath furnace temperature measurement common thermocouple (WRNKd or WRPKy -) has been developed to address the problem of short service life (1-2 days) caused by metal ion corrosion and salt corrosion in the application process of salt bath furnaces in the heat treatment industry. A series of medium temperature WRNKd (≤ 1100 ℃) and low-temperature WRPKy (≤ 1280 ℃) salt bath furnace common thermocouples have been developed.
Practical scope and application temperature:
A series of medium temperature WRNKd: The outer maintenance casing is made of nickel based alloy as the matrix, and high-energy ion implantation technology is adopted to form a nominal composition of 0 A 35mm thick MoSi2 layer can effectively prevent metal ion corrosion and salt corrosion; Adopting low-temperature armored wires can effectively cut off the slightly infectious atmosphere. Sustainable application below 1100 ℃ for one month, suitable for salt bath normalizing treatment of individual components, with high cost-effectiveness.
Low temperature WRPKy series: The outer maintenance sleeve is immersed in molten salt solution, and the metal ceramic composite material with MoSi2 as the skeleton is used in the department. It is resistant to salt and metal ion corrosion, and the highest application temperature can reach 1280 ° C. The external part is equipped with low-temperature armored wires, which effectively cut off the slightly infectious atmosphere. It can be continuously applied for more than 60 days below 1280 ℃ and is suitable for salt bath quenching and normalizing treatment of high-speed steel and alloy steel.
