1、 The main principle and use of vacuum induction tungsten furnace is to use the principle of medium frequency induction heating to generate high temperatures in the tungsten crucible inside the coil under the protection of hydrogen gas after vacuumizing, and then transmit them to the work through thermal radiation. It is suitable for scientific research and military industry units to mold refractory alloys such as tungsten, molybdenum, and their alloys.

Optical fiber infrared radiation thermometers and armored thermocouples can be used for continuous temperature measurement (0~2500 ℃). After comparing the intelligent temperature controller with the setting program, the performance status can be selected and fed back to the intermediate frequency power supply to automatically control the temperature level and insulation program.
