What heating method is more energy-efficient for electric heating ovens?

What kind of heating is more energy-efficient for electric ovens? Currently, it seems that electric heating tubes are the ones that are both energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Generally, the ones used for ovens in electric heating tubes are finned heating tubes.

Finned electric heating tubes are made by wrapping metal heat sinks on the surface of the heating tube, which expands the heat dissipation area by 2-3 times compared to ordinary electric heating tubes. Under the same power conditions, they have the advantages of fast heating, uniform heating, good heat dissipation, high heat dissipation efficiency, long service life, small heating device volume, and low cost. Reasonable design and easy installation can be carried out according to user requirements.

Firstly, the oven is heated to a certain temperature inside the oven through an electric heating tube using electrical energy. The objects inside the oven are directly heated and equipped with a blower to achieve uniform internal temperature through air ducts. The insulation material between the inner liner and outer wall of the oven is filled with aluminum silicate cotton, aluminum silicate cotton felt, ceramic fibers, etc., so that the outer wall of the oven is insulated and the interior is insulated. Scientific and reasonable design not only saves energy, but also achieves zero pollution (electric heating),

Precautions for use:

1. The oven should be placed indoors in a dry and horizontal position to prevent vibration and corrosion.

2. Pay attention to safe electricity use and install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven. Choose sufficient power wires and have a good grounding wire.

3. For an oven with air blowing, the blower must be turned on during heating and constant temperature control, otherwise it will affect the uniformity of the studio temperature and damage the heating elements.

4. When using, do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven.

5. After work is completed, the power should be cut off in a timely manner to ensure safety.
