What are the materials of silicone heaters?

Silicone heating sheet (SCS) is a soft electric heating film element made of high temperature resistant, high thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, good strength silicone rubber, high temperature resistant fiber reinforced material and metal heating film circuit. It is composed of two glass fiber cloths and two pieces of pressed silicone. Since it is a thin sheet product (standard thickness is 1.5 mm), it has good softness and can be in full close contact with the heated object.

Silicone heating sheet can be made according to the drawings, voltage, power, temperature or use environment provided by the customer. It can also use dual voltage heating sheet or heater according to the customer's use in different countries. The customer can switch between two different voltages at will, and the power and temperature of the heating sheet remain unchanged.

4. Silicone rubber has good weather resistance and aging resistance. As the surface insulation material of the electric heating film, it can effectively prevent the surface cracking of the product and enhance the mechanical strength, greatly extending the service life of the product;

5. The precise metal electric heating film circuit can further improve the surface power density of the silicone rubber heating element, improve the uniformity of the surface heating power, extend the service life and have good control performance;

6. Silicone electric heating film has good chemical corrosion resistance and can be used in places with relatively harsh environments such as humidity and corrosive gases.

This product is mainly composed of nickel-chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation cloth. It heats up quickly, has uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, high strength, is easy to use, has a safe lifespan of up to ten years, and is not prone to aging.
