The main factors that cause the heating tube to burst due to the pipe material are: the wall thickness is too thin, the material selection is wrong or the quality is problematic, and the use of seamed pipes. In addition, stainless steel pipes can be divided into seamed pipes and seamless pipes according to different processing forms. Generally, if the pipe burst phenomenon often occurs, you can consider communicating with the manufacturer to make the wall thickness thicker, or use seamless pipes to ensure the normal service life.

If the above factors are excluded, it may be due to magnesium oxide powder. There are many kinds of magnesium oxide powder, the best of which is modified magnesium oxide powder with high temperature resistance. If the magnesium oxide powder does not meet the process requirements in the processing and drying process, it will cause moisture inside, and the thermal expansion of moisture will cause greater pressure on the pipe, and there will even be hidden dangers of leakage. In addition, if the quality of the magnesium oxide powder inside the electric heating tube is not up to standard, or there are impurities in the magnesium oxide powder, high temperature use will also cause tube bursting.

4. The use environment of the electric heating tube

According to the different use environments, the electric heating tube can be divided into two types: dry burning and heating liquid. Electric heating tubes cannot be mixed in different use environments. Specifically, if the dry-burning electric heating tube is used in a humid environment for a long time, or the electric heating tube for heating liquid is separated from the water surface for a long time, it will cause cracking and tube bursting.

In addition, complex heating environments can also cause the heating tube to burst. For example, if the heated liquid has too many impurities, the heated liquid or gas is corrosive, etc., it may cause the surface of the electric heating tube to be damaged, resulting in a burst. Stainless steel electric heating tubes are used for groundwater or tap water. This kind of water has more impurities and is prone to scale. Too much and too thick scale will cause the internal temperature of the electric heating tube to be unable to spread, resulting in the explosion of the electric heating tube.

5. Daily maintenance of electric heating tubes

In addition to the above-mentioned factors, the quality of the heating tube itself and the use environment, the explosion of the electric heating tube is also closely related to the daily use and maintenance.

For example: long-term idleness in a humid environment makes the heating tube damp and the insulation decreases; long-term use of a voltage higher than the rated voltage for power supply; no regular maintenance is performed in situations where scale is likely to form or other maintenance is required, etc.
