What method can maintain the stable performance of cast aluminum electric heating plates

Optimize the planning and equipment of cast aluminum electric heating plates to avoid internal dust accumulation. The electric heating tube burning defect is the most frequent occurrence of all defects, mainly caused by excessive internal ash accumulation that cannot be discharged. Due to the long duration of replacing electric heating pipes, when multiple electric heating pipes are burned out, the outlet temperature of the heater will not meet the system demand, which will affect the unit load and even shutdown for a long time, bringing huge economic losses to the enterprise. Therefore, in the selection of cast aluminum electric heating plates, system planning, and equipment stages, it is important to consider the issue of internal ash accumulation. The electric heater manufacturer should be required to increase the distance between the electric heating tube and the inner wall of the body, and install the backup electric heating in the lower part.
Due to the high heat generated during SCR power regulator thyristor operation and the function of thyristor overtemperature interlocking maintenance tripping, when the operating temperature of the thyristor exceeds 70 ℃, the temperature control component will be triggered and the interlocking contactor will trip. During equipment operation, equipment shutdown defects may occur due to internal heat dissipation issues in the control cabinet of the electric heater and temperature issues in the operating environment. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the ventilation and heat dissipation of the electric heater control cabinet and ensure its operating environment temperature. Before ordering the control cabinet of the cast aluminum electric heating board, the manufacturer should be required to select high-power cabinet cooling fans during planning, expand the air inlet area, plan the cabinet size reasonably, and reserve satisfactory remaining space internally. The distribution room at the control cabinet location should be equipped with at least two air conditioners to ensure that the temperature of the distribution room is maintained below 25 ℃.
Strengthen the inspection of electric heaters, promptly detect equipment malfunctions and handle them
During the operation of the unit, the operators of the power generation department, the inspection personnel of the equipment department, and the maintenance personnel should check the operation status of the cast aluminum electric heating plate body and control cabinet every day, and keep relevant records. Compare and analyze with the same type of data before, to ensure that equipment risks are identified and dealt with in advance. The key inspection items should include:
(1) Check that the opening and closing of valves in the pipeline should be in the correct direction and the condition of the valves cannot be changed arbitrarily;
(2) Check, record and analyze the air pressure at the inlet and outlet of the cast aluminum electric heating plate, which should meet the planning requirements. If the air pressure value is found to be too low or too high, the system operation parameters should be adjusted in a timely manner, otherwise it will accelerate the damage of the electric heating tube;
(3) Check whether the grounding wire of the heater body is intact and whether the equipment is connected firmly to avoid personal electric shock incidents;
(4) Check if the bottom cooling fan and cabinet cooling fan of the SCR power regulator are working well, and if there is a shutdown, replace the new fan immediately;
(5) Check if the air conditioning in the distribution room at the control cabinet location is working properly, measure and record the temperature of the distribution room, and if any abnormalities are found, handle them immediately;
(6) Measure the operating temperature of SCR power regulator thyristor. If the measured value is close to 70 ℃, a method should be adopted to advance ventilation and heat dissipation to reduce its temperature. If necessary, suspend the group of operations for inspection;
(7) Record the maximum operating current of each group of electric heaters and compare it with previous data. If the maximum operating current drops significantly, adjust the temperature controller parameters appropriately to advance the heater power.
