The air heater is mainly a heating device that heats up the gas flow. The heat generating components of the gas heater are stainless steel electric heating tubes. The inner chamber of the heater is equipped with many baffle plates (guide plates) to guide the gas direction, increase the residence time of the gas in the inner chamber, and then fully heat up the gas, making the gas evenly distributed and improving the heat exchange rate. The heating element of the gas heater is a stainless steel heating tube, which is made by installing an electric heating wire inside a seamless steel pipe, and the gap is covered with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation, which is then shrunk into a tube.
When the electrical flow passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat formed is dispersed to the surface of the heating tube through crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transmitted to the heated air to achieve the purpose of heating. Both gas heaters and compressed air heaters can use pipeline heaters, mainly to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired gas temperature, while compressed air heaters can only use pipeline heaters. Gas heaters can use both pipeline and duct heaters, with a maximum temperature of 850 ℃. They have been widely used in many research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions.
The air heater is very suitable for fully automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature joint systems and accessory inspection. In addition to being equipped with overtemperature maintenance for easy and fast operation, it is also necessary to add intermodal equipment between the fan and heater to ensure that the heater is started. After the fan is started, a differential pressure device must be added before and after heating the air heater to prevent fan failure, The gas pressure for the heating of the safety passage heater should generally not exceed 0.3Kg/cm2. If the specification model is higher than that of the Dao Yue, please choose a circulating heater. The maximum gas heating temperature of the low-temperature heater should not exceed 160 ℃; Medium temperature type not exceeding 260 ℃; High temperature type shall not exceed 500 ℃.
Under the influence of high-pressure air flow, the heating element of the heater is made of specially designed alloy materials. Compared to other heating elements, it has better mechanical properties and compressive strength, and is more advantageous for long-term continuous gas heating systems and accessory experiments. Under strict adherence to usage regulations, the lifespan can last for over ten years. Gas cleaning is beneficial for ecological and environmental protection. The air heater can heat the gas to a very high temperature, and the shell temperature is only around 50 degrees. The speed can reach up to 0.9 or above, and the speed of temperature rise and decrease can reach 10 ℃/S. It will not exhibit the appearance of controlled gas temperature leading or lagging, resulting in temperature manipulation drift and uncertainty, making it suitable for fully automatic control.
