2. Selection of filling materials. Selecting high-purity crystalline magnesium oxide powder as the filling material, its particle size and ratio should be reasonable to ensure high flow rate and density during the production of heating tubes, improve thermal conductivity efficiency, and ensure insulation density of 2.45g/cm3.

3. Adopting advanced manufacturing processes. Adopting a fully automatic wire winding machine and advanced welding technology, the electric heating tube is subjected to fully automatic powder filling, fully automatic pipe shrinking, and high-temperature annealing treatment processes to eliminate stress and eliminate moisture. The welding of electric heating elements and sleeves must be strictly carried out in accordance with the process requirements, and water pressure testing, dielectric strength, and insulation resistance inspection must be carried out according to the test pressure.
