What methods can be used to reduce the noise and vibration of injection molding machines?

The injection molding machine produces noise and vibration during operation, which can be remedied using the following methods:
1. Optimizing mechanical designs. To reduce vibrations, optimize component structure and materials during design. Additionally, use high-precision parts and assembly procedures to limit noise during operation.
2. Vibration Reduction Measures
Install shock absorbers or spring absorbers under the injection molding machine's base to reduce vibrations. Damping devices are utilized for critical parts to suppress vibration propagation.
