1. Ventilation: Ensuring excellent ventilation conditions is a useful way to prevent methane poisoning. Natural and ventilated, allowing volatile gases to escape, paying attention to preventing open flames and biogas explosions, followed by mechanical ventilation. The ventilation pipe should be placed at the bottom layer to ensure that the air on the working surface continues to be fresh.

2. Inspection: Hazardous gases have been detected before entering the pool. Gas detectors can accurately and conveniently detect various harmful gases. Admit that there are no risks before entering the pool. Special attention should be paid to preventing high concentration gas poisoning caused by mud clogged sewers in wells and ponds.

3. Operators shall wear gas mask. It is necessary to fasten safety belts when working under the pool, and ensure that the monitored personnel can be taken out of the well at any time.

4. When operating, operators shall arrange supervisors outside the site and prepare gas mask. Supervisors shall not leave their posts without permission.

5. It is necessary to save people with gas mask or other gas mask. Ambulance personnel must not venture into the pool to save people without safety protection measures.

6. Eye, heart, lung and central nervous system disease are occupational taboos.

7. Arrange other labor protection tasks.

The quality of domestic sewage is generally relatively stable, and the general treatment methods include acidification, aerobic biological treatment, disinfection, etc. Industrial wastewater should be selected reasonably based on detailed water quality conditions for the process flow. It should be pointed out that when choosing an aerobic biological treatment process for wastewater treatment, attention should be paid to the biodegradability of the wastewater. Generally, COD/BOD5>0.3 is required. If the requirements cannot be met, anaerobic biological hydrolysis acidification can be considered to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, or non biological treatment physical or chemical methods can be considered.
