What should I do when the injection molding product sticks to the film?
Leave a message
reason
1. Ejection pressure or barrel temperature
2. Too much feed
3. The pump advance time is too long
4. The feeding port of the multi-writing touch is unbalanced,
5. There is a concave part in the mold
6. Vacuum problem of deep cylinder demoulding
7. Change of mold opening time
8. Improper finish of mold surface
9. Mold center dislocation
Corresponding measures
1) Reduce the injection pressure or the barrel temperature is too high
2) Reduce feed
3) Reduce the advance time of the pole
4) Limit the flow of plastics, and try to approach the main channel or the imbalance of each feeding port of the single writing die as much as possible
5) Eliminate depression, polish or increase release angle
6) Provide sufficient escape passage
7) Maintain a fixed mold opening time and use a timer if necessary
8) Polished molded surface
9) Adjust the die center and lock it with the withdrawal angle
